Should last for up to two weeks, probably longer if you store in the fridge (but that might be pretty cold on the body!!- you could half the recipe if you don't think you will not use it up) To Use: Apply the scrub in the shower directly on your skin and rub in circular motions with your fingers or a washcloth.
