My name is Eddie Keyser, and I’m a graphic production artist living in the Nashville, Tennessee area. I graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in Music Theory and Composition. I’m married to an incredible woman who is a kindergarten teacher, and we have three grown children, three beautiful granddaughters and a very large and awesome black lab named Charlie. Performing music has been a big part of my life since I was about nine years old, singing and playing guitar for my mom’s women’s club. My first performance included songs in Russian and Bulgarian. I didn't speak either of those languages. Just imagine how much fun that was! I’ve also had many opportunities to sing in churches along the way, as well as some clubs and other places here in Nashville. After working for several years as a typist for one of largest, and oldest, check printers in North America, I decided to go back to school to study desktop publishing, and to fulfill my dream of becoming a graphic artist. My newly acquired education allowed me the opportunity to do graphics for two service bureaus, an advertising agency and also the largest newspaper in the state of Tennessee. I would soon have the opportunity to work with many other graphic artists and designers at a consumer goods company in Nashville called C.R. Gibson, where I was able to work for many years, and also make a lot of great friends and colleagues along the way. I’m currently looking for an opportunity to serve as a graphic production artist at another great company. Recently, I’ve started back to school, working toward an associate’s degree in Motion Graphics and Animation.
